Yoga Teacher Training
100-Hour (15 days) or 200-Hour (20 days). Affiliated with Yoga Alliance International and the World Yoga Federation. Completers can become a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT).

A 15-day foundational training in Yogasanas and alignment, Pranayama, Mudras and Bandhas, alongside very effective and unique meditation techniques, taught by highly qualified and exceptional teachers.
We are affiliated to Yoga Alliance International and the World Yoga Federation. After successful completion, you can become a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT).

FAQ
English is the medium of instruction. A fundamental grasp of English is required.
Accommodation, three vegetarian meals a day, yoga manual, Jal Neti and Sutra Neti material, Bhagavad Gita text, a book on Saints of India, and a memento with certificate on successful completion.
Dual certification with Yoga Alliance International and World Yoga Federation is available for the 200-Hour YTT only, subject to an extra payment. The 100-Hour leads to CYT affiliation pathways as listed for that course.
A 25% advance confirms your place; the remaining 75% is due before the course begins. Course fees are non-refundable — please register only after your visa and flight are confirmed. If Light House cancels a programme, you may attend one of the next three sessions or receive a full refund.
Modest, comfortable clothing (sleeveless tops and shorts are not permitted). Mobile phones and laptops may only be used during breaks and in your room. No gadgets, including smartwatches, in the yoga hall.
YTT is a structured teacher-training path (100 or 200 hours) leading toward Certified Yoga Teacher status. YRT is a retreat at the same place with a slower daily pace and a certificate of appreciation.
Also at Light House
After YTT or YRT, you may stay on for the Master’s Training Course (MTC): five days of Cosmutation with Krishnaji, offered as an add-on when he is available, with an extra fee of 275 EUR / 299 USD. There is also Karma Yoga at PANKH, the creative school founded by Alankrita Banerjee, where you can volunteer in seva with food and accommodation included.
Extra charges in brief: dual certification on the 200-Hour YTT is an additional payment. Air conditioning is ₹500 (~$6 USD) per room, per day, shared among occupants.
